I'm an award-winning consultant obsessed with connecting disparate ideas, people, and places to drive harmonious change in large-scale organisations which have people at the core.
In EY Seren, I've served as an energetic and enthusiastic leader, building extensive experience leading engagements of various sizes with cross-functional teams. Previously, sinking my teeth into Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, Education, Retail and Regulatory sector projects, on private and public sector clients.
In addition to my engagements, I have published articles available on EY websites and on Medium. I've hosted and participated in several panel presentations, volunteered with numerous charities, and I've served as a mentor and motivator deeply interested in the growth and development of people, nurturing talent and creating an inclusive environment.
Aside from my core role, I recently led a multi-disciplinary team across Design & Operations capabilities to build a community platform for more than 1800 global EY Experience Design colleagues to connect over shared methods and knowledge, garnering +130 colleagues weekly.
